Literature on Biodiversity Offsets

This section will include all literature on biodiversity offsets and impact mitigation that I will stumble upon with a bit of a review or brief comment if I find the time. I would be most grateful for hints to any (and I am sure there are a lot) publications, presentations etc. I might not be aware of. Thank you in advance!

Please find a (preliminary) literature list here as pdf.
